The Role

  • Lead and manage a rapidly growing team of solutions engineers and leads
  • Work directly with external customers to implement Amperity’s platform
  • Work closely with internal customers in strategic account management, engineering, and product management
  • Define data quality systems and processes
  • Define and run agile work planning process
  • Manage hiring and recruiting efforts for solutions engineers and leads

About You

  • 10+ years of experience working on complex software development projects
  • 3+ years of experience in a lead or management role
  • Experience with large-scale, complex distributed systems processing massive amounts of data
  • Passion for delivering excellence to customers
  • Expertise in data model design, especially using modern distributed data processing systems
  • Expert skills in modern coding languages, SQL, and surrounding tools
