Develop security protocols in use inside and outside the Apcera platform.
Serve as a key member of the security team.
Responsible for working on security features such as Certificate management, route management,
authentication, and token generation.
Work within the Go community and write code in Go.
Work with the open source cryptographic community and with security leaders in the industry to improve and further harden the Apcera platform.
Make informed choices for security technologies.
Review code for secure practices and patterns.
Enhance and extend Apcera's flexible and powerful policy language.
Master's degree in Computer Science, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus two years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
Must possess knowledge or experience in (1) Virtualization and container technology and (2) Source control systems such as git.
Must possess 2+ years of experience in the following:
(1) Security features, such as authentication, encryption, key creation, token generation;
(2) Proven programming ability in Go or C;
(4) Writing unit and system tests;
(5) Network protocols, specifically TCP and HTTP; and
