About the role:
He will work closely with the billing team, responding to daily customer inquiries by email and phone, and also helps with invoicing and billing for administrative functions. Pay close attention to details, excellent time management skills and be able to communicate with internal and external customers. Initially, this is a three-month contract with the prospect for a permanent candidate.
- Interaction with internal employees
- Entering customer billing data in a database
- Check invoices and customer schedules
- View and manage the client portal mailbox
- Working with a credit group to respond to general billing requests
- Excel intermediate skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
