Engineering Manager - Customer Implementation

As an Engineering Manager in the Flex Customer Implementation Engineering organization, you will be building a team to provide an exceptional level of support to our enterprise customers who have unique and complex telecommunications needs: direct connectivity to Twilio, peering with existing carriers, assisting sales and sales engineering with deep telecom knowledge, and creating processes and materials to assist customer onboarding and the sales cycle.


Twilio is looking for an Engineering Manager who is excited about solving some of the hardest problems at Twilio: enabling our enterprise customers to grow and expand globally by allowing them to connect to us how and where they need.  As an engineering leader you have experience:

  • Building engineering teams
  • Onboarding enterprise customers and partners
  • Choosing and managing connectivity solutions from Colocation and VPLS providers
  • Managing critical infrastructure deployments
  • Leading product initiatives across teams
  • Working with sales to enable customer success

  • You have excellent communication skills, a sense of curiosity and the ability to ask lots of questions.
