Twilio is looking for a Global Connectivity Operations Manager who wants to build a scalable process around cost management in a rapidly growing company. You have a degree in economics and relevant experience in Finances. Understanding IT processes is an advantage. You will need to assure the accuracy of incoming price offers from 200+ partners with a constant process improvement via automation. You will be working closely with procurement and routing people to ensure the best commercial outcome
A great day for you would be working alongside a small but collaborative team, dealing with managing incoming rate offers from various sources. In parallel you are developing an automation process being supported by Software Engineers. You are responsible for capturing all rate variances, estimating the business impact and highlighting changes to the respective team

This position will be located in our office at Veerenni 24 in Tallinn, Estonia. You should expect the normal perks and environment which is common in a modern knowledge based company. Occasional travel to the San Francisco based headquarters is something that you should be able to accommodate as well.
