Twilio is looking for a Head of Global Engineering Recruiting to lead all of the global engineering and product hiring efforts. Ideally, you love inspiring and mentoring a team; have experience creating innovative recruiting strategies to attract a strong pool of qualified, diverse candidates; and have the ability to transform data into a compelling story to influence business decisions. Your recruiting expertise encompasses everything from building and leading teams and leveraging sourcing as an essential pipeline for hiring Engineering and Product, You will work cross-functionally to build expertise in our global recruiting.
An engaging day includes supporting a high-functioning team of global talent partners to work towards crucial business initiatives. You will interface with all levels of management and effectively funnel insights to the team when appropriate, making sure the team has a pulse on the business and pivot when necessary. You will be a strategic partner to each business unit, and the Talent Acquisition leadership team collaborating closely to deliver on our workforce plan.
The Talent Acquisition team is a critical partner to the business. As a Recruiting Leader, you will help meet high-volume recruiting goals and develop new and creative mechanisms to ensure Twilio can fill critical positions and meet overall hiring commitments. Your ability to rally a team of talent partners will help pave a development path for Twilions to grow and flourish on the People Team.
