Twilio is looking for an Senior Product Manager who is excited about building internally-facing platforms and services that improve developer productivity, efficiency, and engineering excellence. As a Senior Product Manager, your experience includes:
- Bringing structure and organization to a variety of complex customer problems and then drive solutions to those problems by bringing together multiple, distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Writing code or delivering software projects and so have the technical acumen to work with platform engineers and engineering-focused Twilio product teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science related field is a minimum requirement.
Twilio’s Platform Engineering team enables Twilio engineers to rapidly build, deliver, and run global products and services by providing them with compelling, continuously improving platform solutions. We enable innovation and delight our fellow engineers and customers by providing a low friction, high quality, globally distributed platform at scale.
- Work with the Platform Engineering product team to shape the internal Twilio PaaS.
- Be accountable for some of the most critical platform products at Twilio; from containers to runtime configuration management to developer user experience, your work will impact every software engineer at Twilio.
- Work side by side with the engineering manager and tech lead,
- Collaborate to craft and deliver on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your products within the broader Platform Engineering portfolio.
As a senior product manager for the Platform Engineering team you will help shape the vision and implementation of our internal technology stack. Our Engineering Platform is one of the largest technology stacks at Twilio and is an enabler of all products, acquisitions, and experiments. By crafting products that give positive outcomes to our product teams your role is critical for Twilio’s continued success.
