As a Senior Sales Engineer with our company, will be involved in all stages of the customer’s software development lifecycle. Will create sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educate customers on the best way to utilize cloud communications technology. Will understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of solving technology problems using our cloud communications technology. Will guide the design and deployment of enterprise communication systems that impact multiple functional areas of a customer’s organization and create technical content to show customers how to implement multiple functional areas of a customer’s organization and create technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices for new technologies. Will prepare demos and proof of concepts to demonstrate various use cases for Twilio’s APIs and distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing and Sales teams. Will document the architectural solutions that customers have designed and deployed for internal use.Reference Job #761.

 REQUIREMENTS:     Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related plus 2 year experience as a Sales Engineer, Business Technical Analyst, Technical Project Manager or related or a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related plus 5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer, Business Technical Analyst, Technical Project Manage or related. Requires 1 year experience working with Internet Technologies (HTTP/HTTPS/DNS/TCP and other network technologies); Standards and protocols (vLANS, MPLS, ACLs, DNS and IP network Architecture); MPLS secured tunnels with multicasting, Switching, routing tunneling and IPv4/IPv6; IPSecs, VPN technologies, firewalls, and network security protocols; J2EE, C#, JSP, ASP, Tomcat and Apache; in front-end technology such as: JavaScript, HTML, or CSS; and with Web Architecture.
