As a Senior Sales Engineer with our company, will be involved in all stages of the customer’s software development lifecycle. Will create sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educate customers on the best way to utilize cloud communications technology. Will understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of solving technology problems using our cloud communications technology. Will guide the design and deployment of enterprise communication systems that impact multiple functional areas of a customer’s organization and create technical content to show customers how to implement multiple functional areas of a customer’s organization and create technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices for new technologies. Will prepare demos and proof of concepts to demonstrate various use cases for Twilio’s APIs and distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing and Sales teams.
