The ideal candidate is self-driven and has the ability to work in a distributed team. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of application support issues and troubleshooting both in cloud and on premise environments. This professional holds strong knowledge of Site Reliability engineering and DevOps methodologies related to Delivery solutions & Platform Automation. In this role you will be part of the Global Support team, sharing your experience in the field with our Delivery, Site Reliability, Product Engineering, and Infrastructure teams. You will simultaneously focus on technical excellence and quickly delivering support to customers who have deployed our software in their production, UAT and Development environments. This person will be involved in direct communication with customers and lead issues to resolution.   Key responsibilities ●        Provide support for cloud and on premise environments, troubleshooting issues with applications, middleware components and virtualization ●        Implement and successfully support Customers in their WorkFusion implementation as a part of a dedicated support team ●         Closely communicate with customers and partners during support and delivery issues ●        Support our customers with on premise installations and upgrades ●        Server monitoring and backup solutions ●        Troubleshoot server performance and availability issues ●        Document operational runbooks, updating knowledge base and installation guides   Qualifications/Experience ●        Strong expertise (> 3 years) with Linux (RedHat, Centos, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux) and Bash scripting ●        Solid knowledge of Windows Server - managing users, services, firewall, applications ●        Experience in AWS cloud - EC2, S3, Route53, CloudFormation, IAM ●        Thorough understanding of automating configuration with Ansible or similar tools ●        Hands-on experience in container technologies (Docker, Compose, Vagrant), as well as in SCM (SVN/GIT) and CI tools (Jenkins/Sonar/Nexus) ●        Practical knowledge of web servers (Nginx), application servers (Tomcat) and databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) ●        Ability to troubleshoot Java application problems on the server ●        Deep understanding of server performance monitoring ●        Familiarity with network infrastructure (WiFi, LAN, DNS, LB, VPN,Firewall) ●        Experience in application deployments, rollbacks and health checks ●        Excellent Customer Service skills ●        Strong sense of urgency and ownership when dealing with customer issues
