Description

What is Escher?

A web server for 2016. Escher's built-in web server allows you to create interactive UIs with very little code. It takes care of messaging between Julia and the browser under-the-hood. It can also hot-load code: you can see your UI evolve as you save your changes to it.

What is Rapidoid?

Rapidoid consists of several de-coupled modules/frameworks which can be used separately or together: http-fast, gui, web, fluent, u, and more.

What is Tornado?

By using non-blocking network I/O, Tornado can scale to tens of thousands of open connections, making it ideal for long polling, WebSockets, and other applications that require a long-lived connection to each user.
