PullApprove vs Release: What are the differences?

PullApprove: Approve Pull Requests with a comment. Just start a comment with "Approved" (or a custom regular expression) to sign-off without ever leaving GitHub. PullApprove can be configured by a .pullapprove.yml YAML file in the root of your repo. With it, decide exactly what "approval" means to your team; Release: Manage GitHub Releases from the command line. When run, this command line interface automatically generates a new GitHub Release and populates it with the changes (commits) made since the last release.

PullApprove and Release belong to "Tools for GitHub" category of the tech stack.

Release is an open source tool with 2.38K GitHub stars and 99 GitHub forks. Here's a link to Release's open source repository on GitHub.
