The short answer is no. The longer answer is that a bunch of them are accidentally the same from copy/paste combined with no need to do anything different. We'll standardise when we're on a more managed docker thingy (like ECS). The pain of slight variation in json files was less than the pain of doing a bunch of upfront investigation and consensus building to create a standard.
