I use Plivo because Tropo discontinued their services. It provides clean event logs, categorized and filterable. Super easy to troubleshoot problems. Tropo was a fine service but event logging was horrendous.

For personal or as an employee authorized to manage from infrastructure to deployment, Microsoft Azure provides super easy UI for any individual to configure resources. Compare to Amazon EC2 or Google Compute Engine, these require some knowledge of nix commands.
