Azure Active Directory helps us manage 365 org permissions. We took advantage of the recently revamped Microsoft for Startups program that allots 10 free licenses of 365 Standard.

Azure Active Directory offers the most powerful detailed user access policy controls in the market. SSO/2FA options are robust as well. AD also scales with your company as you grow.

1Password is hands-down the best password manager on the market. The product offers an excellent UI, extremely trustworthy security, full-support across all major platforms, team management options, and the list goes on. It's also always under development, and a bevy of new features such as Secrets Management and Secure Sharing Tool are continually added—for free. The team offers caring service as well.
