Needs advice
Looking at upgrading events-tracker to use Bootstrap 4, as it's based on hard-included older bootstrap version that's overridden with some other CSS files that makes it harder to debug layout issues and make changes. Going to simplify the theme system, upgrade bootstrap, and then look at a new way of including themes.
