My job is to work closely with both the software and business teams to translate requirements into functional features. - Follow-up of requests sent to the development team (following deadlines, answering questions about tasks, prioritizing tasks according to current situations) - Working together with the quality assurance and customer support departments, listening to the suggestions and complaints of the users and providing the necessary revisions on the product - Assisting in the development and maintenance of the iOS and Android mobile applications of Hadi Crypto+, which serves more than 10 million users. - Creating projects on Jira, defining workflows. Using Confluence, Trello, and Jira regularly to monitor the status of tasks.
