If you are a beginner, learn css and then javascript, learn basic javascript with nodejs, frontend only, then you can jump into python, python is good for backend (not the best in most cases, but it is really good for beginners, i would recommend flask or django for any beginner in backend languages, since they are very complete and easy to use, try to make some projects with it, then decide which technologies do you want to use later
