I use Zeit Now because it has possibly the smoothest workflow for starting a project all the way to deploying to production. I've finally switched to this after self-hosting for years due to how simple everything was, with most things requiring zero config to actually work.

Truly one of the best deployment experiences I've ever had, and the free tier is more than generous enough to suit all of my personal needs. I'd recommend this project to everyone, and I pretty much have.
