@GitHub just can't be beat in terms of how easy it is to use, and how nicely everything works together.

While there's been some major hiccups (looking at you mobile experience!), it's still the best tool I've found for the job.

As an aside, since most people I know use GitHub actively, the experience for the Explore page functions as a social network experience, allowing me to discover new and interesting projects that my friends have started, or starred.
