After 10 years of developing a monolith PHP application, especially using the Laravel framework, we faced a lot of maintainability and scalability issues in some of our products.

We decided to move to Microservices Arch., but the migration path if full of complications and day by day we lose all of the powerful tools we use to deploy, monitor, debug and even communicate.

Introducing too many new concepts to the team ranging from Docker, API Gateway, Server Mesh, DDD, Event sourcing, Event bus ..etc will kill the productivity of the team.

If you already overcome the same situation, please advise me :)
