Your question made me look into ClickUp and I came across this helpful comparison: https://thedigitalmerchant.com/project-management/clickup-vs-monday-com/
This post made me wonder if I made the wrong choice by picking Monday. My biggest problem is not being able to see the big picture. I have a board for each project and I can try to hack something together with their dashboard widgets, but it's not much help.
I would love to have this in Monday, which is currently available on ClickUp (per aforementioned article): "Objectives represent your overall desired outcome – what is it that you want to achieve? Targets make it clear to the team how to get there, sprints allow you to track progress in real time, and you can even set personal goals that are separate from wider team goals. You can also set Milestones, which allow you to group tasks together."
"Portfolios allow you to see an overview of everything within the platform. You can monitor progress from afar, allowing you to see the health of projects more clearly. Anything from product releases to store openings can be evaluated here."
Don't get me wrong, Monday is great and is the best PM tool I've tried so far, but I wish I had checked out ClickUp before signing up for the former.
