If you want to learn and have fun - VS Code is your first choice.

VS Code is a lightweight, open-sourced, and free IDE. It's actively developed and has a big community and a lot of extensions.

VS - is for boring enterprise coding :) This IDE does many things for you while hiding the details - it's bad for learning. (and for fun too. IMHO)
