Amazon has been around for more than 2 decades. Started mearly as an online book store, now Amazon has everything that one can look for except Weapons. It also allows merchants to list out their items over the platform and give them a chance to enhance their sales.

This all sounds hunky-dory unless one needs to market only their product and want to create a monopoly around their product just like Amazon did. This is what happened as we started our services of delivering pet' food and accessories. However, the traffic of Amazon and the competition weren't contributing much to our revenue.

This is when we came across Shopify and started developing an eCommerce website of our own dedication to our niche community. This is what we found when we compared the result from both platforms.
