What image conversion tools do you use most in your workflow?

Image conversion is something I end up using more often than expected — converting between JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF, and HTML formats for performance, compatibility, or sharing.

While building and using image conversion tools, I noticed that different workflows need different converters: quick format changes, batch conversions, image-to-PDF, PDF-to-image, or even HTML-to-image for previews.
