
I’ve worked in B2B marketing for over 25 years, mostly with companies that sell complex products to specialist buyers. My experience includes senior roles at IBM and Pegasystems, and as CMO I built and ran a global marketing function at Ubisense. Over time, I became more focused on how marketing can help businesses grow through effective planning and strategy execution. That led me to start Tayona Digital, a consultancy that helps B2B companies plan and execute effective marketing, and creating B2B Planr, a software tool to help marketers track strategies, activity, budgets, and results all in one place. Today I divide my time between consulting with clients, managing my own businesses, and creating content.
