As I am trying to become a backend developer in one month, should I learn one skill, practice, make small projects and go to the next one? or should I learn one technology one by one without making any small projects and at the end jump to the big project? Which strategy would be better? I need expert advice.

start with small projects and try to add new features in the project while doing this you will face error and you will search for solution at the end you will have big project and enough experience
I am no expert as I am still finishing my degree applied computerscience, but I think you should start with small projects and learn from your mistakes while finishing those projects. A backend developer needs to have an overview of a project and not just his/her technology speciality in my opinion.
