Google Meet

This tool is amazing for tracking our sprints, but our actual daily Google Meets were still running way over time. I used to hate having to interrupt people to keep the meeting on track.

We recently added the Minute Minder Chrome extension, and it fixed the problem instantly. It puts a colour-coded timer directly inside the active Google Meet. Everyone can see the countdown, so the team stays focused without me having to say a word.

It even uses an AI Agenda Assistant to draft a segmented plan based on the calendar invite. Such a simple, lightweight way to keep our team synchronised!
