i highly advise against using angularjs in ANY new project. angularjs is dead. if you mean angular2+ (completely different framework), I would argue that it is way too massive for OPs use-case. angular comes with all features included, so if OP already handles routing and most of the templating through c# in asp.net, this would just result in bloated code for no benefit.
