Need to scan our container images on-premise. Looking for a tool, simple to set up and maintain. Should be open source and be possible to integrate with our harbor registry.

Micronaut feels more familiar for developers who know Spring-Boot. Support for basic JVM vs. GraalVM feels better, we needed it to use old libraries that use reflection and won‘t run on GraalVM. Quarkus relies on JEE and Microprofile and therefore seems to be more closely tied to the old Java-EE stack.

You need to use both. React native will be in charge of the view, and Firebase will manage the data. Packaging the data as suggested previously will impact at the final size of your app. If you need some data to be accessible offline, I suggest using a cache and looking this cache first and then your online database in case the record doesn't exist.
