What makes IHP so valuable compared to other frameworks is the high developer productivity combined with haskell's strong type system. In rails you also have high dev productivity, but longterm you have to spend lot's of time dealing with quality issues. With IHP we can easily refactor a lot of code without breaking things, thanks to the great type system.
