I use AspNet Zero as a base pre-built Visual Studio solution (with source code - fully customizable). It's based on the open-source ABP framework which is quite mature and consistently developed. It is providing many common functionalities like the user, role and permission management, setting management, audit logs, user profile management, localization, multi-tenancy, etc. So I don't waste my time doing them all over and over again, just focusing my business code/requirements instead of starting from scratch. Besides, it has a cool UI based on the Metronic theme. The complete solution from the backend to the front end. I would highly recommend it!
