Neptune.io is a SaaS platform to auto-remediate IT alerts. It sits on top of existing IT monitoring tools like NewRelic, Nagios, Amazon CloudWatch etc. and takes automated actions when alerts come. The goal is to reduce the number of alert pages at 2AM for on-call engineers thereby reducing IT downtime for their businesses.
