Microsoft Cognitive Services vs PyTorch: What are the differences?

Developers describe Microsoft Cognitive Services as "*APIs, SDKs, and services available to help developers build intelligent applications *". Infuse your apps, websites and bots with intelligent algorithms to see, hear, speak, understand and interpret your user needs through natural methods of communication. Transform your business with AI today. On the other hand, PyTorch is detailed as "A deep learning framework that puts Python first". PyTorch is not a Python binding into a monolothic C++ framework. It is built to be deeply integrated into Python. You can use it naturally like you would use numpy / scipy / scikit-learn etc.

Microsoft Cognitive Services and PyTorch belong to "Machine Learning Tools" category of the tech stack.

PyTorch is an open source tool with 30.5K GitHub stars and 7.46K GitHub forks. Here's a link to PyTorch's open source repository on GitHub.

STILLWATER SUPERCOMPUTING INC, Suggestic, and cotobox are some of the popular companies that use PyTorch, whereas Microsoft Cognitive Services is used by Megtag, Universal Electronics Inc., and Daimler Fleetboard Innovation Hub. PyTorch has a broader approval, being mentioned in 28 company stacks & 165 developers stacks; compared to Microsoft Cognitive Services, which is listed in 12 company stacks and 3 developer stacks.

Advice on Microsoft Cognitive Services, PyTorch

Needs advice

I have just started learning some basic machine learning concepts. So which of the following frameworks is better to use: Keras / TensorFlow/PyTorch. I have prior knowledge in python(and even pandas), java, js and C. It would be nice if something could point out the advantages of one over the other especially in terms of resources, documentation and flexibility. Also, could someone tell me where to find the right resources or tutorials for the above frameworks? Thanks in advance, hope you are doing well!!
