Bottle vs Apache Sling: What are the differences?

Developers describe Bottle as "A lightweight WSGI micro web-framework for Python". It is distributed as a single file module and has no dependencies other than the Python Standard Library. It has fast and pythonic built-in template engine and support for mako, jinja2 and cheetah templates. On the other hand, Apache Sling is detailed as "Innovative web framework that is intended to bring back the fun to web development". It is a framework for RESTful web-applications based on an extensible content tree. It maps HTTP request URLs to content resources based on the request's path, extension and selectors. Using convention over configuration, requests are processed by scripts and servlets, dynamically selected based on the current resource. This fosters meaningful URLs and resource driven request processing, while the modular nature of Sling allows for specialized server instances that include only what is needed.

Bottle belongs to "Microframeworks (Backend)" category of the tech stack, while Apache Sling can be primarily classified under "Frameworks (Full Stack)".

Which is the best Python framework for microservices?

We are using Nameko for building microservices in Python. The things we really like are dependency injection and the ease with which one can expose endpoints via RPC over RabbitMQ. We are planning to try a tool that helps us write polyglot microservices and nameko is not super compatible with it. Also, we are a bit worried about the not so good community support from nameko and looking for a python alternate to write microservices.
