Clickhouse vs SQLite: What are the differences?
Clickhouse: A column-oriented database management system. It allows analysis of data that is updated in real time. It offers instant results in most cases: the data is processed faster than it takes to create a query; SQLite: A software library that implements a self-contained, serverless, zero-configuration, transactional SQL database engine. SQLite is an embedded SQL database engine. Unlike most other SQL databases, SQLite does not have a separate server process. SQLite reads and writes directly to ordinary disk files. A complete SQL database with multiple tables, indices, triggers, and views, is contained in a single disk file.
Clickhouse and SQLite can be primarily classified as "Databases" tools.

RDBTools is a self-hosted application, and it is important that the installation process is simple. With SQLite, we create a new database file for every analysis. Once the analysis is done, the SQLite file can be thrown away easily.
