WHAT I LEARNED 📚

1. The free audit is everything

Showing someone exactly how much they

overpaid converts better than any

feature description. Give value first.

2. The problem is bigger than I thought

I built for African importers.

The world showed up instead.

USA. Serbia. Malaysia. Hungary.

Build for one market. Attract the world.

3. Distribution is harder than building

The product took 3 months.

Getting people to notice it is a

daily full time job.

Twitter comments. LinkedIn groups.

Product Hunt. Directories. Repeat.

4. Vibe coding is real

In 2026 the barrier to building

is not technical ability.

It is conviction and market insight.
