We were previously logging to file and database. At some point the searchability and storage was limited. It was nice to have a logging solution which allowed search and identifying timeframe in which an issue occurred for better troubleshooting
We had an ASP.NET Web Service with an API key and Token. To test the service, we used Postman and had different projects to ease testing in Development, Integration and Production Environments
