Here are a few requirements; -Extensive experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js -Familiarity with AWS services -Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3 -English: B2 and higher ( writing and speaking) -Leadership experience with a technology team, including effective delegation of tasks and issue resolution -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in effectively communicating technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical clients -Strong understanding and experience of system design, data structures, and algorithms -Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code -Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha -Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
