I use SendBird because of the chat and texting capabilities that will be used for my project.
I use SendBird because it provides features wherein we can create group channels with our users. It supports video, audio, pdf, jpg files to be sent across. It also allows clickable actions within chat which helps the user in selecting options. It provides Android SDK which we have extensively used.
I use SendBird because of: 1) The easiness of development and integration thanks to powerful SDKs 2) The ability to handle various kinds of huge interaction
I use SendBird because of its stability and scalability. Chat is kind of real-time service that should support large connection pool, and SendBird reaches the goal with great connection management that it barely goes down.
