1 in 3 Americans has prediabetes. Without intervention, up to 70% will progress to type 2 diabetes. Our flagship program, called Prevent, intervenes at the right moment and in the right way to help people avoid doing so. Based on the landmark NIH-sponsored Diabetes Prevention Program, Prevent builds on over a decade of research in disease prevention and behavior change. We provide digital tracking tools, personalized coaching, and social support to inspire and sustain healthy behaviors. Our published research study shows that Prevent is able to help people achieve clinically-significant reductions in body weight and A1C over the course of a year. By working to stop diabetes before it starts, Prevent aims to curb the impact of the largest preventable health care cost and the serious human consequences of a potentially deadly condition.
