Clickup is easy to use, with lots of features and a great UI. Clickup has an affordable subscription model suitable for single seat personal use if you choose to upgrade for more features. Sometimes the more complex features are a little confusing but there's a lot of documentation and tutorials online to help you. I doubt there's a more sophisticated task/project management solution.

We use Sourcetree because it is free and easy to use.

SES has native Laravel integration, was easy to set up and there's a large free quota. For simply sending emails, it was an obvious choice as we already use the AWS ecosystem for other parts of the Whyp project.

Postman makes building and testing APIs really easy. The free cloud storage makes it easy to share collections with other developers.
