Cocoa (OS X) vs PHP-MVC: What are the differences?
Cocoa (OS X): The Cocoa frameworks consist of libraries, APIs, and runtimes that form the development layer for all of OS X. Much of Cocoa is implemented in Objective-C, an object-oriented language that is compiled to run at incredible speed, yet employs a truly dynamic runtime making it uniquely flexible. Because Objective-C is a superset of C, it is easy to mix C and even C++ into your Cocoa applications; PHP-MVC: Simple and easy to understand MVC skeleton application. This project is - by intention - NOT a full framework, it's a bare-bone structure, written in purely native PHP ! The php-mvc skeleton tries to be the extremely slimmed down opposite of big frameworks like Zend2, Symfony or Laravel.
Cocoa (OS X) and PHP-MVC belong to "Frameworks (Full Stack)" category of the tech stack.
