It allows for dynamic rules to be created dynamically with out restarting any services like other engines. The LegionIO framework doesn't do anything by itself. You install a LEX(Legion Extension) to allow it to connect to things. You can create relationships between inputs and outputs in a chained way. Tasks can be delayed, tasks can be schedule with either an interval from last run or cron style syntax. There is a custom rules engine, a transformation tier.
