iDoneThis vs Standup: What are the differences?
Developers describe iDoneThis as "The easiest way to share and celebrate what you get done". Every evening, iDoneThis sends you an email that asks you what you got done that day. The next morning, we send a digest of what everyone on your team got done the previous day to you and your team members. On the other hand, Standup is detailed as "Automated engineering status reports". Standup automatically processes data from your source control and project managment software to deliver daily engineering progress reports.
iDoneThis and Standup belong to "Team Task Management" category of the tech stack.
"Super simple" is the top reason why over 3 developers like iDoneThis, while over 7 developers mention "Simple to use and very helpful" as the leading cause for choosing Standup.

The app looks beautiful and slick. However, it currently only generates reports for a single day. This is not that useful, as reporting (for us) is often done on a weekly or monthly basis.
Would also like to see the ability to export the report as a PDF.
It's a beautiful web app and a great start, but still needs a few essential feature before we'd consider using it at our company.
