Propel(x) is a highly curated online platform for investing in deep technology startups - companies rooted in a ground-breaking scientific discovery or technological innovation. Since individual angel investors often lack the resources and expertise to systematically investigate startup risks, we decided to close the gap by providing access to diligence. Every step of the way, we have tailored our diligence infrastructure based on angel feedback, and it continues to evolve in order to better meet investors’ needs. We are now focused on building an expert insight feature into our platform so that investors can directly interact with experts in an organic manner.Ultimately, by connecting deep tech startups with investors, and providing investors with access to the diligence needed to understand these complex companies, our goal is to enable investment in technologies that matter.
