For python, Pycharm is a very nice and beginner friendly IDE. I am using it myself, use the free community edition, it also comes with a lot of great tools.

+1 vote for firebase! It is easy to setup with React and it just works.

In my experience webflow has some "hidden/secret" classes in the css, that does not get exported. Therefore I believe the best thing to do, is to animate them from scratch.

But have you tried to follow the last post in the thread?

Firebase is much simpler to setup, automatic scaling, strong security rules and much more. I am really enjoing working with this technology.
