Broadly helps local, small businesses grow through reviews and referrals. We help small businesses by following up with their customers, identifying promoters and detractors, and then asking promoters for reviews/referrals and for private feedback from the detractors. We monitor and load balance reviews across multiple channels, using a proprietary formula to gauge effectiveness (we call it Review Power). Different businesses need to bolster reviews in different places: their website, Yelp, TripAdvisor, FB, G+, etc. We believe the website is the online identity of a small business - and so we will build it if they need. We get the business to rank higher and show more often in local search using online reviews -- we do SEO by crowd-sourcing content from their loyal customers. Broadly uses a unique and patentable technology that allows us to work with any popular hosting providers — GoDaddy, Squarespace, Weebly etc.
