Asana vs Gantter: What are the differences?

<Write Introduction here>

1. **Cost**: Asana offers a free version for basic task management, while Gantter has a free trial but ultimately requires a paid subscription. Asana's paid plans are more affordable compared to Gantter, making it a more cost-effective option for smaller businesses or individuals on a budget.

2. **Features**: Asana focuses on task and project management, providing a user-friendly interface for team collaboration. On the other hand, Gantter is specialized in creating Gantt charts for project planning and scheduling, offering advanced tools for project management professionals who require a more in-depth analysis of project timelines and resources.

3. **Integrations**: Asana has a wide range of integrations with popular tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Dropbox, enabling users to streamline their workflows and connect their tasks with other applications seamlessly. In contrast, Gantter has limited integration options, primarily focusing on compatibility with Google Drive and Microsoft Project.

4. **User Interface**: Asana features a modern and intuitive user interface with drag-and-drop functionality, making it easy for users to organize tasks and projects visually. Gantter, on the other hand, has a more traditional interface designed specifically for creating Gantt charts, which may be less user-friendly for those looking for a more versatile project management solution.

5. **Collaboration Tools**: Asana excels in team collaboration with features like real-time updates, task assignments, and commenting within the platform, facilitating effective communication among team members. While Gantter also offers collaboration tools, its primary focus is on project planning and scheduling, with less emphasis on real-time communication and team collaboration features.

6. **Mobile Accessibility**: Asana provides mobile apps for iOS and Android devices, allowing users to manage tasks and projects on the go. In comparison, Gantter lacks dedicated mobile apps, limiting accessibility for users who prefer to work from their smartphones or tablets.

In Summary, Asana is a cost-effective solution with a focus on task management and team collaboration, while Gantter specializes in project planning with advanced Gantt chart tools but lacks flexibility in terms of integrations and mobile accessibility.

I'm comparing Aha!, Trello and Asana. We are looking for it as a Product Management Team. Jira handles all our development and storyboard etc. This is for Product Management for Roadmaps, Backlogs, future stories, etc. Cost is a factor, as well. Does anyone have a comparison chart of Pros and Cons? Thank you.

Decided

Both Asana and Trello support Kanban style project tracking. Trello is Kanban-only project management, knowledge management, actually card-management tools. Asana is much more complex, supports different project management approaches, well integrated and helpful for any style/type project.

We choose Asana finally, but still some projects kept in Trello
