Bugify vs Lighthouse: What are the differences?
Developers describe Bugify as "Simple issue tracking for small teams". Bugify offers a simple way of managing issues for your projects. On the other hand, Lighthouse is detailed as "Beautifully Simple Issue Tracking". Collaborate effortlessly on projects. Whether you’re a team of 5 or studio of 50, Lighthouse will help you keep track of your project development with ease. We give you all the tools you need to organize your tickets – custom states, a powerful tagging system, an advanced search, saved searches (we call them ticket bins), and a mass editing tool.
Bugify and Lighthouse can be categorized as "Issue Tracking" tools.
Some of the features offered by Bugify are:
- SCM/VCS integration (git/svn/etc)
- @mention users
- Labels for issues
On the other hand, Lighthouse provides the following key features:

since takin over from Robert last year - Bugify added a new long awaited feature and was released in Aug 2017.
even though the "software terms and agreement" sayings there is support - there is none, at all.
developer has not posted any aids, help, support comments in the support site ever - only a couple posts to the bugify blog site.
cost also went up from $70 to $290.
product is nice and had great user interface and is easy for end user use, BUT..
last product update was Aug 2017.
the new developer who took over almost 2 years ago has never ever, ever provided any support via the Bugify support site.
But now the support has closed a few weeks ago - not a good sign.
I fear this product is now dead.
IMHO this product is now Dead. Last update was Aug 2017.
There was NO Support AT ALL from developer in the support site blog - support only by other product integrators & integration developers.
Now that support site is closed / offline - and has been for weeks.
Sure sign this a now dead product.
last release aug 2017 no support from dev at all
that's pretty much it
