since takin over from Robert last year - Bugify added a new long awaited feature and was released in Aug 2017.
even though the "software terms and agreement" sayings there is support - there is none, at all.
developer has not posted any aids, help, support comments in the support site ever - only a couple posts to the bugify blog site.
cost also went up from $70 to $290.
product is nice and had great user interface and is easy for end user use, BUT..
last product update was Aug 2017.
the new developer who took over almost 2 years ago has never ever, ever provided any support via the Bugify support site.
But now the support has closed a few weeks ago - not a good sign.
I fear this product is now dead.
IMHO this product is now Dead. Last update was Aug 2017.
There was NO Support AT ALL from developer in the support site blog - support only by other product integrators & integration developers.
Now that support site is closed / offline - and has been for weeks.
Sure sign this a now dead product.
