Advice on FogBugz, Lighthouse

Needs adviceonLighthouseLighthouseReactReact

We have multiple applications in our organization, most of them are SPAs. Right now, I do have to implement a performance measuring or tracking tool for two applications, one is react-cognito-graphql multiple route application and another one is angular7-node10-rest single URL application.

I am exploring Lighthouse and implemented it 90% in React-based application but facing more difficulty with angular based single URL application. Also, I just came to know about different performance measuring tools like pageInsight, WebPageTest, etc. I want to know which one is easy to implement even with a ci-cd pipeline, including all possible page views within the same URL, and give in-depth suggestions.
